## Lauren Geisinger

Lauren has been practicing in the Residential Real Estate Group at MMPS since 2012, representing purchasers and sellers of cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, and multifamily properties throughout the five boroughs and surrounding areas. Her practice has since expanded to concentrating on the single family market and new developments in Westchester County and the Hamptons. With diversified experience in 1031 like-kind exchanges, foreign withholding tax, corporate structuring, zoning laws, HDFC and HUD regulations, as well as new construction statutes, Lauren’s clientele spans all realms of New York real estate. She is committed to being a strong advocate for her clients and providing a quick paced but stress-free environment. When she’s not at her desk, Lauren enjoys outdoor activities in the mountains, traveling, and fitness classes.
